I came into the dealership twice, 1st time just checked out the inventory just to see if they had something that was for me. I've been wanting to upgrade for a while, but my credit was in the rebuilding phase, and that wasn't a problem for Raul, he listened to my concerns, weighed out my options, didn't give any false promises but delivered on everything that he said he could do & would do for me and delivered. Next few days after going through the process, we walked away with the upgrade.

Hands down, the smoothest transactions I have ever experienced with a dealership. Highly recommend! Our sales guy was Louis Jackson, and he did a fantastic job. The finance director did an amazing job working with my 18-year-old daughter to get her financed without a cosigner. In addition, we used a trade-in but didn't have the car with us. We lived about 52 miles away. The dealership worked with our schedule, delivered the new car to us, and picked up the trade-in. Overall, the whole experience was really great. Thank you to everyone at Autos of Forney for your amazing customer service.
